Appointment Requests

Please fill out the form below to request an appointment with one of our artists. We will reach out via email, so remember to check your spam/junk inbox in case any replies are filtered.  Please allow up to 7 days for artists to respond. If you have any questions, you can call the shop at 774-293-1255.

Group Appointments: Too book a group appointment for 3 or more people, please email the shop owner, Samantha Minter, at mintertattoo@gmail.com too coordinate the appointment. Please include the number of people getting tattooed, the design(s) (including sizing, placements, black and grey or color, etc), and the days and times that work best for your group.
